![]() Data gathered in way of observation, interview and documentation. This research is implementing qualitative method as main data gatherer and 10 respondents. This research take point based on theory of Horoepoetri (2003) about role dimension that consisted from role as regulation, as strategy, as communication medium, as quarrel-solver, and as therapy. ![]() The fundamental phenomenon that founded by the researcher on the field is differences between disciplinary application and available official rules. ![]() The utmost aim of this research is to know the Role of governmental employment institution and human resource development agency in attempt of increasing civilian officer disciplinary rate at Sukabumi city administration.
